The assisting staff of Icon Orthodontics attended an Incognito course held in Las Vegas back in October. While they were there, they participated in a “Ligature Tie” contest with a $5000 grand prize. A ligature is the elastic that is used to attach the archwire to the bracket of your braces. The assistant that could complete a ligature on the challenging braces that were provided in the shortest amount of time, would be the winner.
We are proud to say that our very own Icon Orthodontics assistant, Jazmine, competed against 200 other assistants from around North America and finished 2nd Place!
